Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All orders with Ohh Sweet Cakes LLC are paid in full to secure the event date.
• Cancellations 14–8 days prior to the event are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Remaining balance will be refunded.
• Cancellations 7–4 days prior to the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable due to preparations already started.
One (1) reschedule is permitted if requested more than 72 hours prior to the event. Availability not guarantee.
Rescheduled orders are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
General Policy Terms
All refunds, when applicable, will be issued using the original form of payment.
